Amy Huberman is a famous actress. She has acted in TV serials such as: "The Clinic" and "On Home Ground".She also acted in many movies like, "Satellites & Meteorites", "Deep Breaths" and "Shattered".Huberman has been nominated for the IFTA Award in the category "Best Actress in a Supporting Role in Television" for her serial "The Clinic".

An actress since 2002, Amy is widely known for her role in the RTE drama The Clinic, which finished its 5th season on the air. She has also had parts on the BBC miniseries George Gently and the made for TV movie Showbands.

Amy is a graduate of UCD and the Dublin Institute of Technology. She made her first appearance on television in a leading role in both series of the RTE drama On Home Ground while still completing her MA from DIT. Since then Amy has gone on to appear as Bella in both series of Showbands directed by Ian Fitzgibbon for Parallel Films/RTE. Other TV appearances include Dream Team 80’s (ITV), Camera Cafe (RTE) and George Gently (BBC) and she has appeared in numerous short films including Bad Karma (directed by John Hough), Forgetting to Breathe(directed by John Cleere), George (directed by Rory Bresnihan) and Deep Breaths (directed by PJ Dillon). On television Amy is perhaps best known as the much loved regular character Daisy O’Callaghan who appeared in all seven seasons of The Clinic produced by Parallel Films for RTE television for which she was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress IFTA Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Amy appeared in the female lead in the independent feature film Rewind directed by P.J.Dillon which premiered at the Galway Film Fleadh in the summer of 2010 for which she won the IFTA for Best Lead Actress Film in 2011 .

Amy recently appeared in a leading role (Liz) opposite Fionuala Flanagan in Three Wise Women, a feature for TV produced by Parallel Films for Hallmark Channel (US) and in and she also recently filmed the female lead Sarah in Chasing Leprechauns for Hallmark Channel/Parallel Films. Amya will soon appear in a leading role (Eileen) in Stella Days opposite Martin Sheen, an independent Irish feature produced by Newgrange Pictures and directed by Thaddeus O’Sullivan and due for release in 2012.
