Blake Fielder-Civil: born April 17, 1982 somewhere in the UK; Zodiac Sign: Aries. Blake is famous for being Amy Winehouse’s husband (now ex-husband). They did a lot of hard drug together.
Amy Winehouse's ex-husband isn't exactly Mr. Right. Blake Fielder-Civil was a gofer on music video sets when he met the up-and-coming Winehouse in 2003. They broke up in 2006, and his absence was the creative fuel for Amy's second album, Back to Black. Their reunion and subsequent marriage probably wasn't the best thing for either of them. Fielder-Civil was arrested and jailed in 2007 for conspiracy to manipulate a witness in his assault trail.
A true Casanova, Blake Fielder-Civil is the guy who rocks the universe of Amy Winehouse. He also rocks her body, and for once, we're not talking about sex. We're talking about hard drug use. Girl's system has taken an absolutely savage beating over the past couple of years. We're a little surprised she and Blake are still living to be honest.
Winehouse and Civil Fielder get pretty physical together perhaps that explains his violent behavior. Winehouse has admitted she is violent towards Fielder Civil when she has been drinking. In a June 2007 interview with World Entertainment News Network she said: “I’ll beat up Blake when I’m drunk. I don’t think I have ever bruised him, but I do have my way. If he says one thing I don’t like then I’ll chin him.” Wow, perhaps Blake is somewhat suppressed.
He was later convincted on all counts and remained behind bars for more than 11 months before his release in November 2008. He was let out only if he checked straight into a Surrey rehab centre, however.
