Angela Lindvall was born in April 1979, in Midwest City, Oklahoma, but was raised in Lee's Summit, Missouri. She got her start early on, and made it to the big leagues after a scout discovered the 14-year-old while modeling in a Kansas City fashion show. She immediately signed with IMG in New York, and is presently signed with IMG in Paris, and Riccardo Gay in Milan. Angela apparently took a break from age 14 to 17, but came back to the glam world at 17, and with full force.
She had a brief relationship with Titanic star Billy Zane in 2000. Lindvall is married to professional diver William Edwards. As an actress, she has appeared in the 2001 movie CQ.
Lindvall has also been a Victoria's Secret model and appeared in the 2003, 2005, and 2006 fashion shows for that company. She also walked the ramp for many of the fashion world's most respected names: Calvin Klein, Fendi Christian Dior, Jil Sander, Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, and others. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue is a frequent haunt for her as well. She has also begun an acting career, having appeared in Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang and promotional films for DKNY called New York Stories.
In 2010, Angela continues her presence in fashion doing the new PRADA campaign as well as being the spokesperson for three different luxury brands making sustainable business choices; John Hardy, DKNYPure, and Biotherms Skinergetic...she is also pursuing new opportunities opening in the film and television world with a few projects in development and an appearance in Sophia Coppola's upcoming film, "Somewhere." She is represented by Women Management in New York, IMG in Europe, and Rogue Entertainment Group in Los Angeles.
