Lisa Snowdon was born in 1971 in Welwyn Garden City, England. The eldest of three sisters, she moved to London where she worked briefly as a waitress. A graduate of the Italia Conti School of Performing Arts, Lisa was spotted by a model agency at age 19 while in a London nightclub. Since then, she has appeared in fashion publications such as Vogue, Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan, as well as numerous men's magazines including Maxim, FHM, Esquire, and GQ. Lisa's also starred in television commercials for Special K, Lynx Deodorant, and Faberge's "Addiction," among others.
A television career was a natural progression and she currently hosts Britain's Next Top Model on Living. She's also had loads of mini presenting roles on shows like Something for the Weekend and Richard & Judy. She was a massive hit when she took on the Richard & Judy main presenting role with her friend, comedian David Walliams for a short stint.
As if modelling and television presenting wasn't enough (no wonder there aren't any decent jobs left for us!) Lisa stood in as guest co-host on the Capital Radio breakfast show alongside Johnny Vaughan. Although Denise Van Outen was the main host, she eventually threw in the towel and Lisa was announced as the new, permanent co-host. The 2008 series of Strictly Come Dancing kicked off with Lisa taking part alongside her dance partner Brendan Cole. Before you ask, she didn't win. But she was invited back to do a little boogie on the 2009 final.
